During the evening 21/02, a backend process stopped after running out of memory. The process was restarted on Sunday 22 February at approximately 19:00, and service access returned to normal.
Some users may have experienced timeouts or difficulty accessing the service during this window.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
To prevent future incidence, University IT infrastructure have increased memory for the appropriate server.
